I started out working in reservations for an employee-owned airline. We were consistently among the top-rated airlines for service and on-time performance. I quickly moved up the ranks and became an assistant station manager at Washington National Airport - DCA. Then the airline went into bankruptcy and many of us were let go.
After spending a couple of years exploring opportunities in CA, I moved back East and settled in New York City just as the internet was being commercialized. I helped a viaticals broker establish an internet presence and service their clients online. I provided technical support to the software developers working on the internet commerce sites for Verizon and Disney.
And then I spent 7 years as the Network Manager for a venture capital fund investing exclusively in technology startup companies in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states.
As the financial crisis began, I went into business for myself. With my New York City clients providing a solid base, I expanded into the Tampa Bay area in 2008 and have assisted many companies to greater productivity and profitibility.
Software is constantly evolving, and it's important to know a manufacturer's approach and methods to provide a superior level of support. I have been supporting Microsoft Windows server and client systems since 1993. And I have continued to pursue important certifications.
Service is every bit as important as technical knowledge, and my dual background and training have provided me with unique opportunities to assist a wide variety of CEOs and Partners, financial executives and their staff, developers, artists, small business owners, home businesses and families.
With the evolution of remote access software, I can now easily connectover the internet to any computer located on any public network (cable/DSL/FIOS internet, Wi-Fi, 3G/4G, LTE,
Wi-MAX) and resolve most issues in just a few minutes.
